  • Psychotherapy

I specialize in providing talk therapy for adolescents and adults. Whether you’re new to therapy or continuing your journey of self-growth, we will work together to identify areas of your life and relationships where you seek change. We will collaborate to identify patterns in relationships, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and gain an understanding of their origins to facilitate positive change.

My approach is grounded in interpersonal and relational psychodynamic theories, meaning that through collaborative dialogue, we explore the patterns established in your early relationships that may shape your attachment style—with friends, family, partners, and colleagues. Some of these patterns may enrich your relationships, while others may create internal and external conflict. Gaining insight and awareness of these patterns is the first step toward fostering healthier ways of relating to both yourself and others.

The transformative work comes through practicing these new ways of connecting, both within our sessions and in your day-to-day life, while having the support and accountability of your therapist to guide you along the way.

  • Adult ADHD Assessments

Adult ADHD often goes undiagnosed, masked by years of coping mechanisms and misattributed struggles. Adult ADHD can manifest as chronic disorganization, difficulty focusing, impulsivity, emotional dysregulation, and struggles with time management. Assessing for ADHD in adulthood involves a combination of self-reflection, clinical evaluation, and sometimes input from loved ones or coworkers.

Many adults seek evaluation after feeling persistently overwhelmed, struggling with responsibilities, or noticing patterns that affect their relationships and career. Because ADHD symptoms can overlap with anxiety, depression, and other conditions, a professional assessment helps ensure an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan.

A thorough assessment can include structured interviews, behavioral questionnaires, and a review of personal and work history.

If you suspect you have ADHD, seeking an evaluation can be the first step toward greater self-awareness and effective management strategies. Recognizing ADHD in adulthood isn’t just about identifying challenges—it’s about unlocking your potential and improving your quality of life.

  • Executive Function Coaching

Executive function skills—like organization, time management, focus, and emotional regulation—are essential for navigating daily life, yet many individuals struggle with these abilities. Whether due to ADHD, anxiety, or simply feeling overwhelmed, executive function challenges can impact work performance, relationships, and personal goals.

Executive function coaching provides personalized strategies to improve productivity, decision-making, and self-regulation. Through one-on-one coaching, individuals learn practical tools to manage their time, set and achieve goals, reduce procrastination, and build sustainable habits. The coaching process is collaborative, focusing on strengths-based approaches to create systems that work for each person’s unique needs.

By working with an executive function coach, you can develop concrete skills to enhance efficiency, confidence, and overall well-being—helping you take control of your time and achieve greater success in both personal and professional life.

  • Neuropsychological Evaluations

If your child is struggling in school or there are concerns about meeting developmental or academic milestones, a comprehensive evaluation can help identify underlying issues, such as learning disabilities or other factors affecting their ability to learn. These evaluations assess various domains including cognitive abilities, academic achievement, executive functioning, attention, memory, social-emotional skills, and language/communication. Through this individualized evaluation, you will gain an understanding of the child's strengths and weaknesses. A comprehensive report will be provided that includes targeted recommendations, such as remedial strategies or modifications like extended time, to support their success.

  • Support Groups

Support Group are designed to help individuals navigate the unique challenges of having ADHD, or raising a child with ADHD. In a safe and supportive environment, you can share experiences, gain valuable insights, and connect with others who truly understand. The groups offer practical strategies, emotional support, and personalized guidance to meet your needs. Together, we can empower one another and find strength in knowing that you're not alone on your journey.

  • Comprehensive Intake

A comprehensive intake involves gathering detailed information on developmental history, as well as social, behavioral, emotional, and academic functioning. This process ensures the creation of a personalized plan, tailored to the individual’s unique needs and circumstances, fostering targeted support and better outcomes.

  • School Observations

Student facing academic, social, emotional or behavioral difficulties, can often benefit from a school-based observation to help identify factors that may be affecting their performance, such as attention issues, frustration with the material, or lack of engagement. An observation can help determine the underlying causes of the struggles and facilitate the determination of targeted recommendations to increase student success, such as identifying specific areas where the student might need additional support, modifying the teaching approach, providing extra resources, or making adjustments to the learning environment.

  • Referrals to Other Service Providers

An essential component of the treatment plan will be the determination of what supports are warranted, such as academic tutoring, occupational therapy, medication management and speech and language pathology. Referrals will be provided for these services; collaboration and communication amongst the various practitioners is an essential component to facilitating wrap-around support.
